Policies for Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast
General Information:
The Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast is open year-round.
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, as well as the preservation of the Delano Homestead, smoking and pets are prohibited inside the Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast.
Internet access is available on one of our computers and a wireless network is available free of charge to all of our guests.
We also accept applicants for long-term corporate housing.
Rates:
Rates vary from $100 - $150 per night, depending on the room and the season. Please contact us for details. We have found that many of our guests prefer the flexibility of making their own schedules, the variety of offerings available at local eateries and the ambience of strolling around Fairhaven's Historic Village.
We serve a continental breakfast of fresh-baked muffins, coffee, juice, tea, & fruit. For those who want to explore the local flavor and community or who want a larger breakfast, you can walk to any of three, lovely local restaurants, all located within a three-block radius.
A 10% discount is available on stays of 7 days or more.
Payment accepted by cash or check.

Check-in/ Check-out Times:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
For late arrivals, please let us know of your expected time of arrival.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost or one night’s lodging (whichever is greater). Checks are due within one week of booking reservations. If your plans change, we will be pleased to refund your deposit provided that we receive notice at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date or if we are able to re-book your room. There is a $20 handling fee for cancellations.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
